See the parts. Understand the whole.
Sequenced is an independent publication exploring the businesses behind AI. We look at their products, positioning, design and workflows to help you choose better tools, recognise useful patterns and build with a clearer picture.
Our company blueprints connect the public evidence into a practical view of what a business offers, who it serves and how its pieces fit together.
- Product
What does it offer, for whom, and at what price?
- Positioning
How does it explain its value and reach its audience?
- Experience
How do design and structure help people use it?
- Workflows
How do the tools and processes fit into real work?
Why we look this closely
A feature list tells you what a product promises. Understanding a business takes a wider view: the problem it addresses, the people it serves, the choices behind the experience and the practical limits of its offer.
Sequenced brings those questions together. We want the research to leave you with useful observations, better questions and a clearer sense of what deserves a closer look.
The name reflects that approach: making sense of a business through its building blocks and the relationships between them.
Choosing tools
Understand what a product does, where it might fit and what to check before relying on it. Explore relevant alternatives and the trade-offs that matter to your work.
Building businesses
Learn from how companies explain their value, shape an experience and connect their products to useful workflows. Take away principles you can adapt to your own context.
Evidence you can follow
We work from selected public product pages, documentation, pricing and company material. Our blueprints link to the sources so you can inspect the evidence behind the analysis. We distinguish company claims, our interpretations and proposed examples, and make the limits of the available information clear.
AI helps organise evidence and draft research. Each article is checked before publication, and the Sequenced desk is responsible for the published work. We describe hands-on testing only when it has actually taken place.
Companies can suggest research and contribute factual corrections. The desk retains responsibility for the analysis.
Published by Digital Applied
Sequenced is operated by Digital Applied. Our perspective draws on practical work in digital marketing, automation, AI and user experience — the disciplines that connect a product to the people who use it.
The research is published under the Sequenced desk byline. Coverage is independent and does not imply an affiliation with the companies discussed.
