If no company record exists, a private record is created; publication still requires a separate editorial decision.

A verified company mailbox grants ordinary workspace access automatically. It establishes control of that mailbox, not ownership of the company, exclusive control of its page or billing authority. Other colleagues may verify their own addresses. Contested access can be restricted or revoked while evidence is assessed. Higher-risk administrative and billing features will require appropriate additional controls before activation.

The initial workspace shows its company connection and publication status. Deeper studies, peer comparisons, contributions and article promotion remain planned. Independent articles remain the desk’s work. Company participation does not confer approval rights, direct editing of analysis or a right to suppress lawful coverage.
