If acting for someone else, describe your authority. For an alleged rights infringement, identify the right and explain how the material infringes it. Please confirm that you believe the information you provide is accurate and complete. We may ask for necessary clarification.

We assess accuracy, privacy, copyright, trademarks, reputation and applicable law. We may correct, annotate, restrict access to, replace or remove material. A company’s preference not to be covered does not alone establish a duty to delete an accurate independent article. Nor do we assume that public availability makes every use lawful. Personal information and rights in assets require their own assessment.
04 / ProcessA person considers the concern.
We aim to acknowledge notices within two business days and provide an initial assessment within ten business days. These are service targets, not a reason to delay an urgent matter or statutory deadline. We prioritise safety issues, unlawful disclosures and binding orders. We explain action taken or the reasons for declining, and you may request reconsideration with further evidence. Your access to courts, regulators and other legally available remedies is preserved.
05 / Privacy requestsIndividual rights are assessed separately.
For GDPR requests we respond without undue delay and normally within one month. Where a lawful extension is necessary, we explain it within that month. Erasure and objection rights are not absolute; any refusal must have a valid basis and be explained. The Privacy policy identifies the controller and complaint route.
06 / Editorial and hosted contentResponsibility follows the content.
Sequenced is responsible for its own editorial publication. If public company statements or other hosted user content are introduced, the service will assess the additional notice-and-action and other duties that apply. Hosting protections are not a blanket exemption for our own articles. Notices about this early edition can use the same contact route.
