Seekr offers an enterprise AI development platform that connects preparing data, adapting models, deploying endpoints and running agents. SeekrFlow’s distinctive evaluation angle is its attribution tooling: teams can inspect the retrieved material or training examples that influenced an output. That visibility can help investigate a wrong answer, but it does not establish that the answer is right. A useful pilot should test both the quality of the response and the quality of the evidence behind it.
- 01The offer SeekrFlow combines model development and agent operations, with several hosting routes and separately described evaluation tooling.
- 02The audience Enterprise teams that need to build an AI application around their own information and inspect how that information affects outputs.
- 03Evidence boundary This is a public-source review. The knowledge-assistant workflow below is proposed; no Seekr account, model or output was tested.
01 / ProductSeekrFlow covers the path from enterprise data to deployed AI
The platform documentation describes a connected environment for data preparation, model fine-tuning, endpoints, agents and operational inspection. A team can retrieve information at run time, adapt a model using examples, or combine the two. Those approaches solve different problems: retrieval supplies current context, while fine-tuning changes how a model responds based on training material.
The distinction matters when planning the first use case. A policy that changes every month should not automatically become a fine-tuning project. A retrieval-based assistant may be easier to update and inspect. Conversely, a repeatable task with a stable response pattern may justify testing adaptation. The platform’s breadth is useful when it supports a deliberate choice rather than encouraging every available component to appear in the first deployment.
Seekr also markets SeekrGuard, a model and agent evaluation product available separately or with SeekrFlow. Its purpose is to compare candidates using a customer’s data and evaluation criteria. Treat evaluation software as a way to organize evidence and decisions, not as an independent certification that a particular application is safe or accurate in every setting.
02 / AudienceA candidate for teams that need both application development and inspection
A technical enablement team maintaining a large internal knowledge base is a plausible audience. It may want a conversational interface for employees while retaining the ability to inspect the exact material behind an answer. An enterprise platform becomes relevant when the team also needs control over deployment, model selection and the operating process after the demonstration.
Seekr is less clearly suited to a team seeking an immediately available general writing tool. The access instructions distinguish creating and confirming an account from requesting platform access or contacting sales. For a self-hosted installation, an administrator supplies the environment and access instructions. A public sign-up route therefore does not establish unrestricted instant access to all features.
The DataRobot blueprint is useful for comparing enterprise development and governance workflows. The Cohere blueprint provides a model-focused comparison for enterprise language applications. Start with the work your team wants to own: application assembly, model operation, evaluation and evidence review are related responsibilities, but they are not the same purchase.
03 / WorkflowProposed workflow: answer internal questions with inspectable evidence
A proposed pilot would answer questions from an approved technical knowledge base. Keep the first version read-only and give reviewers access to the original documents. The intended result is an answer with evidence they can inspect, along with a clear indication when the available material does not support an answer.
- 01
Select a bounded, current corpus
Use approved technical guides with document owners and version dates. Include deliberately superseded material in a separate test collection so the evaluation can reveal whether the assistant confuses historical and current guidance.
- 02
Build a baseline question set
Ask subject experts for common questions, ambiguous questions and requests that the corpus cannot answer. Record acceptable evidence and the conditions under which the assistant should decline to make a claim.
- 03
Configure the agent and tools
Choose the model, retrieval tools and instructions needed for the task. Keep external web results separate from approved internal material. Define what the agent should do when sources conflict instead of asking it to resolve every conflict confidently.
- 04
Inspect answers and attribution together
Check whether the cited source supports the statement, whether it is current and whether the referenced location is correct. Compare the explanation of influence with the original document; an influential passage can still be outdated or irrelevant.
- 05
Evaluate changes before wider access
Repeat the question set after changing a model, prompt or source collection. Record unsupported statements, missing evidence and review effort. Expand only when reviewers can find and correct failures without rebuilding the entire application.
The agent documentation describes configuration around models, instructions and tools, along with agent lifecycle states. Operational readiness includes verifying that an agent is active and available, not simply that its configuration has been saved. The documentation also describes inactivity handling, so a rarely used pilot needs a clear restart procedure before it becomes part of a recurring business process.
The explainability documentation separates context attribution from training-data attribution. The first concerns retrieved sources and tool context; the second concerns examples used to fine-tune a model. Source tracing identifies a retrieved passage’s location. These views answer different debugging questions and should not be collapsed into a single claim that an answer has been explained.
For the proposed assistant, a particularly useful test is a correct citation attached to an incorrect conclusion. The system may identify a relevant passage while still overgeneralizing what it says. Reviewers should score the claim itself, not just the presence of a link. If a fine-tuned model is introduced later, the evaluation should examine whether training examples encourage a response that conflicts with current retrieved guidance.
04 / PricingPublished rates cover different parts of the operating bill
| Offer | Commercial basis | Decision to resolve |
|---|---|---|
| Customer-hosted license | $7,000 per GPU annually | Infrastructure and operation still need a deployment-specific budget. |
| Dedicated endpoints | $4.50 per GPU or AI accelerator hour | The page states per-minute billing; specify the required hardware allocation. |
| Text, PDF and PPT ingestion | $0.005 per page | Account for the material processed and any later reprocessing. |
| Agent hosting | $1 per agent per month | Inference is separate; web search is listed at $0.0135 per tool call. |
Selected rates from SeekrFlow pricing, consulted 14 October 2026. Dollar symbols are reproduced as displayed; confirm billing currency, taxes and contract scope.
The pricing page also lists token-based base-model inference, embeddings and fine-tuning, plus vector storage. It places fine-tuned model inference on reserved instances. These are separate cost components rather than a single all-inclusive agent price. Ask for a worked commercial estimate based on your corpus, expected questions, model route and deployment.
The availability page describes multiple SeekrFlow hosting paths, including Seekr-managed and customer environments. Map the chosen configuration to an actual offer before budgeting. A software license, a hosted endpoint and a complete supported installation carry different responsibilities for capacity, updates, monitoring and incident response.
05 / DistinctionsAttribution creates a concrete way to investigate failures
The useful distinction is the ability to look behind an answer at more than one stage. A retrieval failure might be corrected by changing the corpus or retrieval setup. A response pattern caused by poor training examples might require a different intervention. Separating these possibilities can make debugging more disciplined than repeatedly editing an instruction and hoping the next answer improves.
There is also an interface boundary to understand. The documentation makes context attribution available through Agent Chat, the API and SDK, while training-data attribution is available through the API and SDK. A buyer expecting every inspection feature in the web interface should resolve that difference during the pilot. Useful evidence is only useful operationally if the intended reviewer can access and interpret it.
06 / QuestionsDeployment and evaluation claims need product-specific verification
SeekrGuard’s current page distinguishes commercial SaaS availability at launch from government deployment on-premises or in AWS GovCloud; additional commercial deployment options are described as a roadmap. Do not transfer SeekrFlow’s broad deployment language to every SeekrGuard configuration. Confirm the product, customer context and supported environment in the actual proposal.
Evaluation quality depends on the test set and criteria. A model that passes a narrow set of familiar questions may fail on ambiguous requests, changed documents or missing evidence. Keep a held-out set of realistic questions and have domain reviewers inspect errors. Neither a favorable score nor a detailed attribution view removes the need to decide what failure rate the business can accept.
Finally, clarify the lifecycle of data and derived artifacts. Ask how document deletion, permission changes and model replacement affect retrieved content, stored conversations and evaluation records. These questions establish the operating boundary of the proposed application; the public pages do not prove that a particular customer configuration has already addressed them.
07 / DecisionChoose the first experiment around a decision you can inspect
You need a custom enterprise knowledge assistant
Test a narrow approved corpus and inspect claims alongside source locations before considering broader tool access.
You need to compare or adapt models
Define a realistic held-out evaluation and confirm which attribution interfaces your reviewers will use.
You mainly need immediate general-purpose assistance
Resolve the access route and implementation requirements before treating SeekrFlow as a ready-to-use employee subscription.
