The entitlements document forms part of the agreement and distinguishes current plans from archived subscription terms. It also identifies native connectors that require separate purchase. Use the relevant current section and the actual order. An older Coveo deployment elsewhere in the organisation may have different allowances even when the product names look similar.

At the same time, users should not need to guess the exact words used in an article.
